Well thanks to Tropical Storm Rick my original outfit for today remains in the closet. I had to go with something warmer, that would keep me dry for my walk to and from the courthouse, so here you have it: A slate grey, long sleeve blouse with attached vest by Austin Clothing Co. for Academy, my Lee Rider jeans and my trusty Ariat boots my hubby bought for me at Cavenders. So here is what I wear when my 6 year old has a 102 degree fever and vomits…in my hand! :P We woke up Wednesday morning got dressed and headed to the clinic. It took an hour before we were put in a room to see a doctor. The nurse swabbed his nose (to test for flu) and swabbed his throat (to test for strep) and the result was: flu! Good morning everyone! It's a cold, wet morning here in North Texas so my original outfit for today has been left in the closest for something warmer.
