Yes, Even the Kitchen Sink!

Saturday we had our 2nd ever yard sale, mainly because my hubby was hoping I'd get rid of sell some of my shoes. Well, he actually ended up selling a pair of his boots and my shoes made it back into the house. :) One thing we did find out, furniture sells! His mom and her boss were kind enough to contribute to our yard sale and the furniture they gave us all sold. My hubby also sold our patio furniture since we rarely use it and let me tell you, I could have sold that stuff 10 times over! If you have patio furniture, even if you don't plan on selling it put it out anyway! It will draw people in and yes after we started selling all the furniture my hubby did bring out the kitchen sink (not from inside the house)! We made enough to buy paint for the kitchen and living room! So those two rooms will be our his project for the next month. ;)
