Next Thursday, March 18, 2010 will be the Campfire USA’s 14th Annual Absolutely Incredible Kid Day ®. AIKD is a national letter writing campaign that is held each year on the third Thursday in March. It’s a way for parents, grandparents and other adults who have an incredible kid(s) in their life to let that kid know what a wonderful and incredible kid they are. The letter doesn’t have to be a long one, it can be a favorite photo of you and your Incredible Kid – write a quick note on the back of the photo and give it to your Incredible Kid. Or find a card that’s blank inside and and write down a few words, of course you can always go the old fashioned route and just write a letter, nothing wrong with that! If you need some more ideas click here, this will take you to Campfire USA’s website that provides you with some tips on writing a letter, answers some frequently asked questions and also provides you with a way to print out some free stationery just for the occasion! And if you’re on Facebook don’t forget to become a fan of their page.
